He helps you dig to the underlying concern or block.Then gives you time to process what you’ve identified. Once there, he’ll challenge you — without judgement — to dig even deeper.

While it’s been recommended to me multiple times, I had no previous experience with a business coach prior to working with Eric, and I didn’t really know what to expect. After hearing about his approach, I honestly wasn’t totally sure if coaching was right for me, but I was quickly proven wrong.

About half-way through the first coaching session, a light bulb turned on in my head. All these questions Eric had been asking me made me realize, I didn’t just need more advice or another podcast with tips and tricks. I had done my research and knew the answers to the problems facing my business, I just needed someone to help me unlock those answers in my head.

Through his intentional and gentle approach, Eric was able to help me find those answers to some of the deepest problems of running my business. Answers that I just needed an expert like Eric to help me uncover.

The energy and clarity I felt after the first session propelled me to improve my company’s processes massively in a short time far more than I had the entire past year.

Even 6 sessions later I am still experiencing massive breakthroughs, realizing and confronting underlying fears, identifying and breaking down erroneous thinking, and removing so many other mental blockers to give myself maximum confidence going forward.
