I was connected with Lindsay through another organization in the Niagara Region. I worked with her to plan a women's conference for our Women Management Team in May 2022.
This is something we have never done before and she was so wonderful the entire planning process. She was very responsive and listened to what we were looking for and then directed us in the right direction. I just completed an eight week session with Lindsay and it was incredible. I looked forward to our weekly sessions and am just now processing that we are at the end (sad face emoji). And although it was over zoom in a group setting, I felt very connected. I emailed her after one particular session because my reaction to her prompting was that of instantaneously laughter which I hadn't done in ages. It was a surprise and it felt great, and it was a great release.

There are lot's of voices to wade through in an effort to find a practitioner that will assist you in really connecting with your inner-self.
