My husband and I have been fortunate to work with Pam for a number of months (and counting) of individual and couples coaching. My time working with Pam has been truly invaluable. In only a few short months I have made personal progress to validate and heal childhood and adult trauma, and she has supported me with new tools to use effectively in my daily life. As a small business owner, the tools that I (even this early on) have gained through my work with Pam have naturally extended to my ability to navigate and manifest success. We are also making positive progress in our marriage. Pam has been absolutely supportive of our goal to strengthen our relationship. She is attentive and practical in her work with us together and we find her tools are adaptable at home in our daily life. I also want to note how effective Pam’s coaching has been in my parenting of our three children ages three, five, and eleven. There truly is not a relationship in my life that Pam’s coaching does not benefit. I have worked with a number of coaches to develop different areas of my life and have never found a coach who provides such effective and adaptable tools. I walk out of each session with new “work” that I feel confident and capable of applying to life when I leave her office. Personally, I find Pam’s energy to be open, warm, and ultra supportive. Pam is the opposite to conventional medicine and that was exactly what I needed! When I started to work with Pam I had just reached rock bottom. I was caught up in too many WHY's without answer and understanding. My internal frustration was beyond anything I've ever felt before. After trying several different conventional medicine approaches to heal and find answers (such as counselling & phycology therapy) I thought it was impossible for me to ever do so until I met Pam. I feel safe with Pam.

Pam looks at your "whole person" from a holistic perspective and therefore she is able coach you from YOUR personal needs and through YOUR personal journey. You never need to worriey about Pam being caught up in conventional protocols, she is everything except that and I love it!!!
