When I had first heard about this sort of coaching, I was a bit skeptical. Being in touch with one’s emotions is scary at times. However, once I started my sessions with Katia, I felt not only more aware than I already was about my emotions, but also more confident in myself and my opinions. I learnt what kind of personality I had through the enneagram test and how I can use my strengths to my advantage. Among all of this though, the main thing that stood out to me was the 4 Agreements. Having even just a sticky note on my bathroom mirror of these 4 simple phrases has helped me tremendously. Overall, while I still have work to do on myself, meeting with Katia over those several weeks has helped me gain a new sense of clarity in my life.
