I recently concluded a 12 week Executive Coaching protocol with Lisa. I have been in leadership for most of my life and was aware of some of the tools for organizing, productivity and communication. But these 12, 30 minute sessions with Lisa gave me the motivation, accountability, and dialogue I needed to take some huge steps. I found new tools that worked for me, shifted a dozen things that needed to move, completed several task that had been languishing, and took hold of new task I had been dreading. I am energized. Working incredibly more effectively and productively, with far less effort, stress and resistance. My entire Division is benefitting from my time spent with Lisa. Best 12 sessions of my life!
