Alex Doss has a gift to help others. I feel blessed that she is my life coach and that she is so easy to talk to. I have been working on myself for five years now, since my divorce. However, I felt like I was missing something. The missing piece was goal setting and emotional health sessions with Alex. After talking to Alex I started to see there were areas of my life where my boundaries were not clear. She has helped me feel empowered now and I have already made positive progress in three sessions. I would highly recommend using Alex’s services to help with your emotional/mental needs, and goal setting, There’s there’s so many other things she can help with as well.

Alex Doss is amazing! She is very kind and it really shows that she cares for her clients. She has been working with my teenage daughter and I for several months now. I know every parent thinks their child is perfect and I am no exception but it is the nature of the beast for these teens to push away. After working with her we are now equip with more tools to help us navigate better communication, healthy boundaries and the EFT Tapping has been a wonderful tool for relieving anxiety! Alex is amazing! I had such difficulty finding a therapist or life coach. I went through 4 different ones having to re-tell my story several times. At the consultation alone, I knew she was going to be the person who would bring light in a very dark place in my life. We've built such a connection from the consultation and now. She is so personable and direct which you need in a life coach. She has given me the tools I needed during my self-love journey. She listens to you and identifies your triggers.
