I have never been treated so poorly & gaslit more than I was by Apartment Life (which is funny, considering it's a "faith-based organization").

If you're considering being a coordinator - good luck.
I was a single coordinator placed in a very unique community. I absolutely loved my community and property management. Apartment Life even acknowledged how unique and different my program would be from a typical program/community, yet there was little to no support from my Program Director or any other AL staff. The promises of support from staff members when I was onboarded came up empty throughout my program, and I felt like I was non-stop drowning and working a second full-time job. I still can't piece together why they would place a single coordinator in a community that is spread out across 13 buildings over A FEW BLOCKS (not all clustered together) and serving nearly 250 units. I'm just grateful that my community and property manager saw things from my perspective and supported ME as a human being, and ultimately ended up cutting ties with AL altogether.

During this quarantine period, Apartment Life Team has had several
"Grab and Go" functions; while a good visit between residents is not possible right now, we at least have the opportunity to say hello. AND the functions are always unique! Yesterday they had an un-wine event, with a bottle of good wine and a Charcuterie Box to take home. So many goodies in the box! And the best chocolate caramel candy I have ever had!

Our representatives are fantastic they come and put on great events for the residents that give us all a chance to get to know each other in a light and jovial atmosphere. Any complex would be lucky to have our pair come to their site and interact with their residents. I have never lived at a complex that had volunteer reps that just make you smile when you see them and share laughter with them when you get to talk to them. They are the dynamic duo.

Apartment life is a great organization they really bring our community together last month I brought my niece to the carnival she had a blast then we enjoys Red Robin burger and to finish it off they did an outstanding job with the Girl Scout cookie give away they are the best at what they do I can’t wait to see what’s next for month to come !!!! Leyna is one of the first people we met at our apartment complex. My boyfriend and I moved in literally a day before the whole city shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Apartment Life and Leyna have been such a bright light in these lonely times. From leaving delicious treats at our door to throwing socially distanced pool parties, she has made me and my boyfriend feel so welcomed. Apartment Life is definitely one of my favorite things about our new home. Every apartment complex should have this!

Avondale at Bellmar loves it's CARES team!! Not only do they provide great functions to the residents, they are always willing to lend a helping hand to the staff as well. They are dedicated to bringing residents together and making Avondale a community many love to call home. We value their partnership and look forward to many years to come.
