The worst place to get a hair cut I went in to get a cut. I been here twice now, first time I gave it the benefit of the doubt. And they messed my hair up. I came back a while later to get another cut and was the worst cut I have had in my life. not worth 35 dollars. The gentleman didn’t know how to blend my fade correct. and lefted the fade line across my head, i asked for him to taper out the back and my sideburns, and he left it with patches.I went back to to complain no less than 20 minutes later and they were gone at 12 in the afternoon. This is one of the worst shops on this side of town. They Try to converse with you, knowing that he had messed my hair up. And at the end he said I didn’t do that. I rate this shop a -5 stars.

I brought my 12 year old son here on a whim. It was recommended to me by my supervisor who goes when I mentioned that our regular spot had closed and my son desperately needed a cut before Christmas photos and needed it fast. My son is VERY picky! He loved this place. He loved his cut. On top of the gentleman being good at what they do and very fun & friendly, I had misplaced my wallet at home and didn't realize it until after the hair cut. The man who cut my sons hair said it was fine and I could pay when and if I came back. Obviously I called someone to bring me my wallet. But I thought it was nice of him to be so trusting and understanding.

That said, I'm taking my son back today to get his hair cleaned up. We really like it there. Added bonus: it's super affordable and I've never had any issues getting in right away.

Stopped by today for the first time and fell in love with the place. Cozy, classic barbershop feel inside with great staff. Everyone was super friendly, and in half-hour or so I got one of the best haircuts I've ever had. They take appointments, so I'm very much looking forward to being a regular. Duane was my barber, give him a call if you need a cut.

My son got the best haircut ever. Tom is a professional and knows how to cut, and cut with scissors! We've tried so many barbershops and no one was able to use scissors, only clippers. Totally recommend this place!

The men at Hi-life are motorcycle riding, classic car enthusiasts, hunters, and great at conversation. I walked in, had not had a decent haircut, since I decided to let it grow a little, and within minutes, I was in a chair. Duane cut my hair. Speaking with him, time went by fast. Everyone in the shop, shared the story of the shops history. Duane not exactly knowing how I wanted the style, did a superb job. I'll never go anywhere else. Great group of men who take their time to ensure you have a good experience and cut. The blower and brushing, make sure I dont ever leave with loose hair on shirt or neck. I make appointments for cuts, but they also take walk-ins.
