Started seeing Janelle little over year ago and she has helped me so much. After losing my husband of 40 years I was having a difficult time handling my grief and was very heart broken.
She gave me the tools to cope and get through my days without him. I can't say enough about how she helped me through this. Forever grateful that I found her.

I started seeing Janelle 3 months ago and she has been wonderful helping me through a really difficult time with family conflict. She had me focus on my wellbeing and let go for now. For now I am at peace with my decision. We do not know what the future holds but for now it’s my household that matters. Janelle is an amazing mental health counselor and life coach. My husband and I see her for couples counseling and then I see her for individual and she is absolutely incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable of the field and has taught us so much about ourselves and each other. Janelle is the type of counselor that pushes you to self-reflect on your behaviors and/or negative patterns and assists on coming up with ways to improve. She has helped us to communicate with one another more effectively. Janelle is accommodating, understanding, validating and overall just a genuine human that helps guide people to their full potential. I am excited to continue working with her.

I recently completed therapy with Janelle Pysz. I highly recommend anyone to see her if they believe they are in need of psychotherapy. It’s worth taking the first step in overcoming any mental health problems. Janelle Pysz helped me grow tremendously as a person because she taught me how to be emotionally intelligent, conscientious about my thoughts, emotions, and actions, find meaning in life’s struggles, and find purpose in my life. Nobody has ever taught me how to be in control of my emotions, and understand the meaning of my thought patterns. From learning those skills, I am able to perceive the world with more clarity, understand how to prevent negative emotions from ruining my day, not get mad at things I cannot control, and most importantly, have a rational mindset in an irrational world. I will always be grateful for her help. My life has been fundamentally altered because I sought out her assistance in overcoming my mental health issues. I can now stand upright, with my chin up, and my shoulders back, ready to take on the immense challenges the world has to offer me.

Jenelle quite literally changed my life. I don’t even know where to begin. I came to her broken and lost. I knew I needed help and just didn’t know what to do next. I built up the courage one day to call and schedule an appointment with her and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. She is so kind and genuinely cares. I can't thank her enough for helping me turn my life around. For the first time ever, I feel less anxious and overwhelmed. I wish I could properly put into words how much of a positive impact she has had on my life but truly there are no words for it. She has given me the ability to grow in ways I never imagined. Janelle takes a very personalized approach and really gets to know you, which makes the conversations meaningful and useful. She is caring and compassionate, but she won't shy away from difficult topics. Highly recommended.
