Poor experience. GPS notification to EC does not function for ID since purchase. Customer service is not responsive, failed to fix issue or refund purchase (purchased directly from website) as requested more than one time. Staff has sent sarcastic and inappropriate replies followed by zero assistance. I would no longer recommend product. 12-6-24 534 pm: see added photos and recent email to LifeID PRIOR to my review. Life ID notified me that they had revoked my ID and access, despite the fact that I paid in full for the ID and lifetime access…due to my “false review.” Note that in my email I stated the same information from my review. I have asked for assistance and/or a refund for months and have multiple emails to prove it. LifeID states they have a LIFETIME warranty, however they have not stood behind this claim and are displaying punitive business practices as well.

This is a truly great service. I have worn my bracelet (there are other options!!) for several years and feel a lot safer knowing that what I want done will be done. It is extremely important that you can add as much of your own information as you want or need. I have a signed and witnessed medical POA that includes naming this bracelet and the information on it to be honored, but the people in the ambulance can get this NOW!. I recommend for anyone with a medical problem or specific desires to be honored to get this product.

This product is simply amazing. My pharmacist is even impressed and wishes everyone requiring a medical bracelet to go this route. So simple to setup and update whenever required.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!! I ordered one for my son who has epilepsy. The band broke within a week and when I emailed about a replacement, I was told it would be shipped but never got it. I emailed back and was told if I hadn’t received by a certain date to contact back, which I did. Then was told another date…contacted again. Then I get an email from the founder that says to “please stop contacting support about my issue” until he personally investigates and contacts me!! I have never seen such customer service in my life. I thought the whole reason for customer service was to contact with issues but maybe I am wrong

I really like my new medical alert bracelet from LifeID. Having all of my medical information in one easy to access (a simple QR code scan) website is great. Most bracelets can only provide 3 lines of info but this website tells first responders everything very quickly. The band is super soft and very slim. I highly recommend LifeID!

When I received my first Life ID I had an issue with it and it was corrected immediately by the company. I am very happy with it. I have had to give my medical info at specialist and when I got surgery. They just scan it. Perfect.

I just love my LIFEID! So much nicer than the old fashioned ones that made known you have a problem but don’t give your info. This gives you maladies, medicines, emergency contact. Anything that you want to put into it. All anyone has to do is flash the camera into the code, and all that info is handy! I like both versions!’highly recommended !!

I bought life ID because I am diabetic and recently diagnosed with cancer. Because I am on so many medications, I wanted emergency personnel to be able to obtain my information quickly. I know there are many other brands of identification but this one seemed like the easiest and that anybody would be able to obtain the information regardless if they were emergency personnel, a co-worker, or even a stranger they happen to come upon me unconscious. This by far has exceeded my expectations in a medical alert type of apparatus / jewelry.
