Lea is an amazing coach! Her approach creates an open space where I feel safe to explore the my thoughts and emotions, leading to realizations that have truly shifted my perspective. She has helped me feel more aligned w/ God, allowing me to walking through life with more clarity, faith and intention. Lea has a unique ability to infuse every interaction w/ positive energy and insight, making each session feel more like a transformative experience. After each session, I always feel light, full and energized, like I’m ready to take on the world w/ a renewed sense of vitality and focus. I can’t recommend my Life Coach Lea enough. At a time when I was feeling slightly depressed and lost in life, she stepped in and truly helped me transform. Her guidance and advice were truly helped me unpack some deep-seated issues(some I didn’t even know I had) and find meaningful solutions. What stood out the most was her genuine care and investment in my well-being. I’ve had other coaches where it felt like they would just give you some basic exercises and go home. But I felt like Lea really worked to understand me fully, and she does, she really does.

She went beyond being just a life coach; she felt like a long-lost best friend who was always in my corner. I don’t know where I’d be today without her support. . I would recommend her to anyone and everyone without hesitation! I promise, if you need help, even just someone to talk to, schedule just 1 session with her and you will see exactly what I mean. I booked my first session at Now and Zen Wellness and let me start off by saying this was the most comforting, welcoming environment I’ve experienced. I was able to open up and share traumas that I didn’t even know I had. Lea has such a beautiful soul and her level of understanding and feedback was top-tier.
