I researched several life coach training schools and ultimately enrolled with SLCT. I'm grateful for my experience with the school--probably one of the top positives was the amount of one on one work we as a class did in the coaching realm. Unlike courses where you can 'go at your own pace' or watch prerecorded videos, this is entirely interactive with live teaching. That experience was so vital to me and I valued the opportunity to ask questions, pose my perspectives and hear those of others.

As educators Richard and Sherra both genuinely care about each student, and I also found a great care and camaraderie amongst my classmates as. One thing I think important to mention (and this is not a criticism of the program, but a reality of coaching) is that this is a coaching program--not a business program. Elements of business ownership are touched on, but this is by no means the focus of the course, by design. SLTC focuses on what they do best: coach training. How you use those tools in your work/personal life is another journey.

Amazing spiritual and soul nourishing course! Richard, Sherra, and Allison are excellent spiritual guides and coaches. I took this course when I was at a crossroad in life. I didn't even know how much I needed it and the community that I found. Richard knew, and picked up on it during our initial call.
