For me, taking the AHT - 1 (Awaken, Heal, Transcend 1) course was transformative. It was my first experience with therapies, and I had no idea how important this is for all of us, especially in today’s world.
With the classes and techniques, I learned that we are beings in constant learning and transformation. I learned to be less hard on myself and that we all have imperfections. It’s okay not to be okay, and we don’t have control over everything. What we can’t control shouldn’t paralyze us.
The reason I took this course was to address fears that were preventing me from living a happy life.
Through the techniques presented for meditations, I was able to get to know myself better and identify where these fears and insecurities were coming from. Through these meditations, I managed to heal and take care of these traumas, and today, thanks to them, I maintain balance when a situation tries to bring fear back into my life. That is liberating!
I really liked the way the course is conducted in a group, as we learn from the experiences of our colleagues and share stories. The way the therapist Silvana leads the group doesn’t make us feel ashamed to express what we’re feeling, and it helps us realize that we are all there with the same purpose.
It was wonderful!

The Awaken Heal Transcend program is a life change program for those who are ready to understand the purpose of being here and awaken their own consciousness to a whole new world. Silvana embodies her teachings and teaches from her knowledge and constant living experiences. I've learned that growth takes time and it's an ever ending adventure. I've learned to be aware of my thoughts, my feelings and my actions and this has led me to make healthier choices, to be understanding and more compassionate towards myself and others. The 15 weeks long program is the perfect length to learn the material and put it into practice. Our group meetings were led with such a grace by Silvana that I felt very comfortable learning and sharing my experiences. She creates a safe and healthy environment for everyone. I highly recommend her classes and one-on-one sessions.
