Working with Timothy has provided me with so much clarity on who I am becoming. I met him through a recommendation from my hairdresser when I was in a state of self-crisis, and now I feel I’m steadily moving out of that place. What stands out to me is how genuine and open our conversations feel. A lot of people in my life told me about Timothy Barlow, for some reason in my mind I always made up excuses not to see him. Then, during the worst period I could have imagined I found myself guided to him. I have, forever been stuck in a prison of my own mind. I still find myself at times stuck in there, its an old habit hard to break but now because of Timo I can see it for what it is.

In a lot of ways, he saved me. Its funny to write that, because he did not wade out into the sea to get me while I was drowning. In my own mind though, I was drowning without a lifejacket for decades. Timo helped me overcome and realize the structures I had put into my own life to keep everyone and a lot of things at bay.

The guidance of Timo allowed me to achieve new found success, to become a better husband and hopefully in time a better father. My life is defiantly a lot different since I met him and I don't think he realizes how truly gifted he is. It was such an easy place to be where (his place) I could feel like myself and not have to wear a mask to hide who I truly was. There was laughing, crying, anger, and determination all within single sessions.

I cannot say enough good things about him, he truly is an experience in itself that needs to be recommended to others. He will help you see what is important and which things you can let go of. So if you need assistance breaking habits you no longer want, living a life you wished could be different I would highly recommend my dear friend Timothy Barlow.

Where do I even start. When I started talking to Timo I was in a constant state of wanting to change things for the “better” and every action I thought I should take appeared as really hard work/something I didn’t want to do and/or avoided - I was on the treadmill of “who I should be, what I should be doing, and how I should be doing it”. What I got out of my sessions with Timo was the last thing I “expected” to get. Fast forward to today and I feel at peace, confident, less stressed and simply living my life (smelling those roses).
