The first class I took was the PQ Mental Fitness Group Course.
I learned about positive emotional intelligence, which has helped me to manage stress and emotions and has taught me how to effectively work with others and handle life's daily challenges.

I also attended the Women, Wisdom and Watercolor Studio.
The afternoon was spent with a small group in a comfortable setting. She guided the participants as we painted our very own creations. I really had not done anything artsy since high school. I was so proud of my cheerful painting of flowers. She provided everything needed for the experience including snacks and I met some wonderful women that day.
